	AUTOMATIC FEED SYSTEM
	Multi-spindle machine can be equipped with Automatic table feed system. Automatic table feed system has 2 types, such as hydraulic driven feed one and pneumatic driven feed one. And pneumatic driven feed type has 2 types, such as air-hydraulic driven feed one and air driven feed one. Feeding strokes can be set at any value. Cutting feed speed can be set at any value by adjusting flow control valve. All these automatic feed type machines require the table to set cylinder. The height of each model between floor and table surface is different. Please consult us. Also hydraulic driven feed machine requires wider space for hydraulic power unit. Please be careful to consider machine dimension.

	Coolant equipment
	Coolant Equipment Coolant equipment is required for the chip transaction or the long life of tools. Coolant equipment consists of a tank, a pump and a chip box. Special size tank, convert valve or splash gun are available to meet customer's request. The shape of coolant tube nozzle, the flashing method and time can be designed and manufactured for achieving high productivity at that condition.
	SPINDLE
	It is necessary to choose the best spindle through considering several requirements, such as the kind of processing, the production system, the amount of production, the kind of work pieces, the productivity associated with the arrangement process and its frequency. Processing consists of drilling, tapping reaming and so on. TOYOSK's various specified spindles can meet customer's requirement. Also we can accept special specified spindles. Abundant kinds of spindles can meet your special requirement.
	SELECTION OF SPINDLE ■ Refer to each model's spindle specification table for standard. ■ Spindle size must be selected by considered tool's dimension and distance of holes. ■ Spindle outside dia is D. ■ Spindle has 2 specifications, 　　(1) Ball joint type for high speed and light cutting, 　　(2) Universal type for heavy cutting. ■ There are 2 methods of tooling system, 　　(1) Collet chucks type,　　 (2) Morse taper type.. ■ Four kinds of collet are available: 　　(1) Standard type 　　　　(3) With stopper bolt 　　(2) With square hole　　 (4) Quick tap chuck
	HOW TO HOLD SPINDLES
	■ Movable Arm type Spindle 　　Distances between holes can be adjusted for each work piece. ■ Cluster Fixed type Spindle 　　Spindles are assembled on cluster plate, these spindles can't be adjusted. ■ Others 　　Slip type, Sub cluster type and MD type are also available. 　　These are used to save setting time. 　　For more details, consult TOYOSK engineers.
